These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and six177 (hereinafter referred to as "six177", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://six177.cam.

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or using the six177 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an active Account on six177, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains open:

• You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. six177 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or located within, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law at the time you register or place any wager.
• You must not have previously had an Account terminated or suspended by six177 for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.
• You must have the legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement of this nature.
• You must not be a self-excluded player under any self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect with six177 or under any applicable regulatory self-exclusion register.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated funds, including any pending withdrawals.

You are required to provide complete, accurate and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. six177 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

six177 may require identity verification at any time and as a condition of processing withdrawals, activating bonus funds or maintaining an active Account. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport for Pakistani users), proof of address and, where applicable, proof of source of funds. Documents must be genuine and unaltered. Submission of falsified, altered or obscured documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and may change from time to time. Familiar Pakistani payment rail references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfer options referencing HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be presented as contextual options where supported. Their display does not constitute a claim of endorsement, partnership or gambling support by those providers.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited promptly upon successful processing, but timing may vary depending on the method selected, your verification status and applicable compliance checks.

You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, using payment instruments that do not belong to you, or engaging in any form of financial manipulation is strictly prohibited and will trigger an AML investigation. six177 reserves the right to freeze, withhold or return funds pending the outcome of any such investigation.

Funds held in your Account do not earn interest. The balance represents credit available for wagering or withdrawal, not a deposit in the legal sense applicable to regulated financial institutions.

Withdrawals may be requested by verified Account holders in accordance with the limits and methods published in the cashier. All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (b) confirmation that all applicable wagering requirements on any bonus funds have been met; (c) standard AML and fraud checks; and (d) any minimum withdrawal thresholds applicable to the chosen method.

six177 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing speeds. Indicative timeframes vary by method — e-wallet and instant payment options are typically processed faster than bank transfers, which may take one to three or more business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times. All figures are estimates only and not contractual commitments.

Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the payment method used for the originating deposit, subject to applicable provider limitations. six177 reserves the right to require withdrawals via bank transfer following a full KYC and AML review for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

All promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend incentives and free bets, are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time each offer is made available. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) must be wagered through qualifying games or markets before a withdrawal can be processed. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires total qualifying wagers of PKR 20,000.

six177 reserves the right to void bonus allocations and associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where evidence exists of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, systematic exploitation of promotional structures or any coordinated attempt to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms. Determination of what constitutes abuse rests with six177.

Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds may expire in accordance with the time limits specified in each individual promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from the Account without prior notice beyond the terms published at the time the offer was accepted.

All bets, wagers and gaming stakes are subject to the rules of the specific product being used — whether sportsbook, live casino, slots or other game types. six177 reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving technical errors, suspected fraud, match-fixing, or erroneous odds publication.

In the event that bets are accepted at odds, stake limits or payout terms that are clearly erroneous due to system malfunction or human error, six177 reserves the right to void such bets and process a refund of the original stake. Winnings generated from clearly erroneous transactions will not be honoured.

All bet settlements are considered final once processed, unless subject to a formal dispute raised within the timeframe specified by the operator. Results are based on official sources and the operator's internal resolution procedures. six177's determination is final in all sporting and gaming outcome disputes.

The availability of specific games, betting markets (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 and ICC tournament markets), live casino tables and other features may vary from time to time due to licensing, provider maintenance, regional restrictions or technical factors. six177 does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person to do so in circumvention of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, verification or any interaction with the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit system vulnerabilities;
• Participating in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider betting, arbitrage exploitation or coordinated betting syndicate activity;
• Money laundering, structuring of transactions or any other conduct intended to conceal the origin of funds;
• Attempting to access another User's Account without authorisation;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Using the Platform while self-excluded, suspended or otherwise prohibited from participating;
• Permitting a minor to access or use your Account;
• Any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or negatively impacts other Users.

six177 reserves the right to take immediate action against any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, including suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

six177 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising gambling-related harm. Users are encouraged to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss limits — caps on the net loss you may sustain over a defined period;
• Session time limits — automated session time-outs after a specified duration of play;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions for a defined period;
• Self-exclusion — a formal request to close your Account and prevent re-registration for a defined or indefinite period.

All intellectual property rights in and to the six177 Platform — including but not limited to the six177 name and logo, all software, game content, data, databases, design elements, text, graphics, user interface components and proprietary algorithms — are owned by or licensed to six177 and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No part of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, displayed, transmitted, scraped, framed or commercially exploited in any form without the prior written consent of six177. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.

six177 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free or entirely secure at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service disruptions and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. six177 accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the Platform where such unavailability is beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, six177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity or reputational harm.

Users assume full and sole responsibility for their own gambling decisions. six177 does not provide gambling advice and accepts no liability for the outcome of any wager placed by a User. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that all gambling involves risk of financial loss.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules. Any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending wagers will be returned to you via an available withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and standard checks.

six177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, illegal or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC; account inactivity beyond a defined period; or direction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon Account closure, whether by the User or by six177, all outstanding bonus funds (including any associated wagering credits) will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned in accordance with clause 13.1, subject to the completion of applicable checks. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies applicable under the operator's licence jurisdiction.

Users who are Pakistani residents acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. Participation is at the User's own legal discretion and risk. six177 does not provide legal advice regarding the lawfulness of participation in any particular jurisdiction.

six177 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform functionality or operational needs. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://six177.cam/terms-conditions and will carry a "Last Updated" date at the top of the page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13.1.
